Glowing Clear Kayak Tours in Destin

These options will take you out to explore across the Harbor. We will cross the channel and explore the south side. Best for guests who feel competent in a kayak.  Sunset Tours allow guest to start in twilight and glow at the end.  Glow tours are offered every night and Fireworks tours are available on select nights (see booking page).

Expect to get (a little) wet. Dress for immersion, even though it's unlikely. Wear active clothing suitable for the weather. Ladies: wear shorts or pants over swim bottoms for seat hygiene.  Water shoes are encouraged.

Want to explore on your own? These tours allow guests to paddle around at their own pace in the shallows near our launch point under the supervision of safety boats. Marine life enjoy the structure of the docks and are typically present. Guests can stay in shallow water and not feel the pressure to keep up with a tour

You may like to have water, bug spray, a phone or camera with a dry case, and a snack. Additionally, we sell most of these items dockside, along with other fun merch, for your convenience. 

All tours are weather dependent because your safety is #1. Weather will be constantly monitored before and during your trip. We apologize if weather disrupts your trip, but you will not be charged if we cancel for weather. 

After you book your trip, please be sure to watch our safety video (link below), and fill out waivers for all guests in your party. You cannot board the boat until these important steps are completed. 

Clear kayaks are 11'6" long and 27 1/2" wide. They are made or Lexan acrylic (as are hurricane panels!) with metal support frame to hold the seats in place and support the hull. They have attached safety buoys to keep them afloat, even if flipped. Each boat can support 425lbs, so please plan double occupancy accordingly.

Each boat is outfitted with Action Glow Kayak Lights to illuminate the boat and help you view marine life. Action glow lights are completely waterproof and visible for up to half a mile away! The front passenger can easily change the color anytime during your trip with the press of a button. 

Marine wildlife is unpredictable. Our guides will do their best to take you to locations where we have seen wildlife, but sightings aren't  

guaranteed. Fish in the area are also migrational. There are many more between May-October than in cooler months. This may effect your tour.
